GLOW UP YOUR ORGANS is a super sacred offering that I am incredibly excited to share with you.
We are currently living in a world filled with plant medicine ceremonies, macrodosing, microdosing & “ego deaths”.
While I utilized those methods at the early stages of my awakening what TRULY worked was getting CLEAR, being honest with myself, getting to know my emotions, the root causes of my pain, acknowledging where they came from, connecting to the root of the pain and doing the deep excavation.
This program is all about HONESTY and EMBODIMENT. In this program I utilize my tools & gifts as an intuitive channel, coach, shaman, sound healer, Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master & TBI and IET practitioner to see you & hold mirrors up for you to see yourself. This will not be a container in which you will be able to hide, this is where you do the work.
It’s easy to say you want to do the work to be your best self, but showing up looking in the mirror and doing it is the hard part.
In this program we will do the hard part, but you won’t have to go through it alone. With myself as your guide and a community to support you you will be able to deep dive into the emotions trapped and stored in your physical body.
Throughout my group coaching programs I am constantly reminded how powerful connecting in groups with the intention of growth is. Together we are able to cheer one another on, hold ourselves accountable to our goals, feel that sisterhood and support with each other and be in a container where my guidance can hold you and usher you along on your path.

This program is a truly shamanic experience, one like I have never offered before and it brings me great joy to share this work that I have been embodying for over 5 years.
Throughout the 12-week journey you will be taking off the masks that you have put on that have kept you feeling safe and protected. We are going to dive into why you put them on in the first place and safely remove them so you can truly see yourself and in turn let the world around you see you as well.

In this 12-week program, you’ll spend a week working on the emotions of each organs with my ESPM method. We will tap into the emotional, spiritual, physical and mental bodies in order to bring honesty, awareness and deep embodiment into the the ESPM bodies.
