Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding
After the success of the Banana Chia Pudding I wanted to share another delicious recipe to give your breakfasts a little variety. This recipe I created for the readers over at Shes in the Glow and they loved it! I have a feeling you will too.
Servings - 1
Ingredients:
¼ cup unsweetened all-natural applesauce
1 cup dairy free milk (I like to use almond milk)
1/4 cup chia seeds
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or other natural sweetener - optional)
1/3 cup cup diced apple
1/8 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Place applesauce, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and sweetener in a sealed jar (mason jars are great)
Shake well
Place in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or overnight
Serve topped with diced apple and walnuts and a dash of cinnamon
Make this before bed and you won't have to worry whats for breakfast.
