Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl
I love me a smoothie bowl, summer, fall, winter or spring these babies are here to stay. I may just need to dress a little warmer while I eat them!
This morning after an early workout I wanted to take a shower and get back into bed, but of course I needed some protein to refuel, so a quick smoothie bowl was obviously the answer.
Servings - 1
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 pack aloha vanilla protein
2 ice cube
Instructions:
Add almond milk, berries, protein powder and ice to blender and blend until smooth. Serve topped with fresh blueberries, shredded coconut, and optional hemp and chia seeds.
